- Keeping track of the latest developments in labour law
- Drafting Collective Labour Agreements, authoring and updating the ‘Welcome to Irdes’ booklet
- Organisation of workplace elections (Directorate members, Workers' representatives, Works Council)

- Keeping Irdes' accounts (clients, suppliers)
- Salaries
- Declarations of social security and of end-of-year contributions
- When needed, help with keeping the Works Council’s books

- Management of Luncheon Vouchers
- Contact for the survey « Enquête sur les moyens consacrés à la recherche et au développement dans les organismes et services publics »
- Member of the Commission in charge of the employees' provident scheme
